# Continue a thread in a shared space

POST https://api.cloudraker.com/me/threads/{threadId}/share
Content-Type: application/json

Forks the thread into a space so colleagues can join it (P3-D7). A thread never changes container: this starts a NEW thread in the target, seeded with the source thread’s conversation tail (≤4 KiB) and its title, and leaves a one-way pointer on both sides. Files are NEVER carried over — promoting them stays the explicit `keep` / `move_files` path. Body: either `{ spaceId }` for an existing space, or `{ spaceTypeId, title }` to create one (the creator is granted `space-contributor` on it). Authorization: the caller must be able to contribute to the source thread’s container AND to the target — 404 hides either; creating a space requires `spacetype:contribute` on the parent (403). A desk is never a valid target (400 `cannot_target_desk`). Gated by `AGENTS_ENABLED`.
