# Send a signed test event to a webhook channel

POST https://api.cloudraker.com/channels/{id}/send-test-event
Content-Type: application/json

Signs the given JSON body with the channel's own stored secret (Standard Webhooks HMAC) and POSTs it to the channel's real inbound URL, exercising actual signature verification end-to-end. Relays rakerone-trigger-ingest's real response verbatim. Authorization: organization administrators only. Returns 400 if the channel is not a webhook channel or has no secret configured, 404 if not found, 502 if delivery to the inbound endpoint fails.
