Accept one tracked change

Accepts a single tracked change, by its tc id.

?revision is the session revision you read the tc ids at. Suggestion ids are POSITIONAL — any edit renumbers them — so passing it turns a stale id into a 409 revision_conflict instead of a silent hit on the wrong change.
