Re-send a signer their invitation
Emails a pending signer a fresh invitation with a new signing link.
The signer’s previous link stops working the moment the new one is issued — this is the fix for a lost or expired invitation, not a reminder nudge. Take {signerId} from signers[].id on the envelope.
Answers 409 if that signer already signed, or if the envelope is no longer pending.
