List a work session timeline

Reads the timeline in seq order, which is gapless and monotonic. Page forward with afterSeq; nextAfterSeq is the cursor for the next page, or null at the end.

Every entry is redacted before it leaves: a tool row keeps its name and loses its arguments and its result, and no signed URL or storage key is ever returned. Read a file through GET /v1/files/{id} instead.
