Delete an organization or agent skill
A skill is instructions the agent reads on demand — it never executes, never dispatches and is never approval-gated (actions are the executable, gated layer). Permanently deletes the org (default) or agent skill with this slug. Deleting a skill that shadowed a platform skill of the same slug brings the platform one back, whole; platform skills themselves are code and answer 403 platform_skill_immutable. Query: scope (org | agent, default org) and playbookId for the agent tier. Authorization: organization administrators only. Response { data: { slug } }.
