Record the deployed revisions that hold channel ownership

The channel equivalent of the automation readiness record: both deployed revisions, plus a settled fire, write or create claim observed against them where one exists. Every legacy channel producer is retired, so a claim id is optional — omit it and the producer records readiness once no legacy channel operation is in flight.
