The published agent directory
The agents a member can actually mention in a session: PUBLISHED and non-archived only. Authorization: any authenticated member; a private agent is listed only for its owner, which work-sessions scopes by the relayed identity. limit is 1-200 (default 100) and cursor takes the previous page’s nextCursor. Both are ENFORCED: a limit outside 1-200 or a non-numeric one is 400 validation_failed, never a quietly defaulted page (R8-05).

Query parameters
limit
Page size, 1-200 (default 100).
cursor
The previous page’s nextCursor — <ISO-8601 timestamp>|<row id> (a bare timestamp is still accepted). Anything else is 400 validation_failed.
