Get an agent
Fetches one agent by id, handle or source playbook id, scoped to the caller tenant. Authorization: any authenticated org member (no admin required). Returns 404 if no such agent exists in this org. A private agent is visible only to its owner; every other caller gets 404. Response: { data: { agent, draft, published } } — published is null until the agent has been published at least once.
