Turn a parsed file into a session document

Takes a .docx or PDF the session can read and files its parsed markdown as a text/markdown artifact — the working form every agent and the editor share. Word comments arrive as CriticMarkup ({>> @author: … <<}). While the file is still being parsed this answers 409 artifact_not_ready; retry. Authorization: the same gate as every session route — work_session:read (or comment to write) on the session, OR space:contribute on one of its linked spaces; a desk session only for its owner. Any denial is 404.
